Our Story

In 2011, we embarked on an adventure to check off Pete's bucket list: visiting all 50 states and their capitals. The journey reached its pinnacle in Juneau, Alaska, where we were captivated by the state's breathtaking beauty and vast, untamed landscapes. We knew right away that Alaska was where we wanted to put down roots—Pete had saved the best for last!

In 2020, we boldly decided to leave the temperate climate of San Diego, Pete’s lifelong home, and embrace the extreme beauty of Alaska. Since then, we've been fully immersed in the Alaskan lifestyle—hiking, fishing, skiing, and exploring everything this incredible state has to offer.
